This is something that's been thrown around as an idea for a while, but basically: Paradisa's ten oldest residents get stuck in a room for an undetermined amount of time. Most of them (if not all of them) know each other, anyway. Hijinks ensue.

Interested parties can say hey! Any suggestions welcome. If there's a good time this month, this can be a thing. :)

Current status in game: Simon has had a pretty terrible month- he lost River for the third time, so he's not in a very good place right now. He may also be losing his remaining canonmate, Mal.
Any current or future plans: He's got nowhere to go but up from here, really. He's got a lot of friends and doesn't want to let them go. I'd like to broaden his CR base in the coming months.
Recent open threads or posts: N/A
Desired CR: More friendship is always a good thing. He's a doctor and is thus available for medical needs.
Shipping Preferences: Nay, as his heart eternally belongs to Kaylee.


Jennifer Keller | forsometimenow
Canon: Stargate Atlantis
Current status in game: Jennifer had to spent the end of January and most of February sitting out IC-ly thanks to her broken arm. She also lost her only canonmate, but other than that she's actually doing pretty well.
Any current or future plans: Jennifer is going to be losing her clinic in the reboot and will be forced to relocate to the castle clinic. She'll be making a post about that when it happens. Otherwise, I don't have much.
Recent open threads or posts: N/A
Desired CR: Friends are always desired, and she's always looking for people with healing gifts or who want to learn the basics to help in the clinic. As with Simon, she is also available for medical needs.
Shipping Preferences: Yay, but she's shy so it will take some work.


Richard Castle | thebestseller
Canon: Castle
Current status in game: He's had a pretty inactive month compared to Simon and Jennifer aside from the murder investigation. He did hit his first Paraversary, though!
Any current or future plans: I tend to go with the flow as far as Castle is concerned; he will be continuing the betting pool, though, and he may be throwing himself a birthday party on April 1st. Sadly, he does seem to be poised to lose Kate soon, so we'll see how that goes.

Desired CR: Friends are at the forefront- Castle is very much a people person and loves to meet them and hear their stories. Negative CR is also fine, as he can be a bit of a jackass.

Spike Spiegel | gottaknockhard
Canon: Cowboy Bebop
Current status in game: This past month took an unexpected turn. Over the Lunar New Year, Gren attempted to murder Spike (and was consequently put in a coma oopes), which was directly followed by Joshua mutilating Spike after Lucrezia asked him to. He's since been recovering from bruises, burns, and a shattered hand, while trying to keep it quiet because it's awkward. Guy will never warn you when there's residents you should watch out for.
Any current or future plans: I haven't participated in the current plot yet, but I'd love to get in on any last minute things if anyone else is in a similar situation. Also looking forward to the soft reboot reactions! (Because wow, the first thing he'll think of is the Berserk plot...) So nothing specific, but he might stop trying to get himself killed for a minute.
Recent open threads or posts: He had a log and a post this month post-New Year that are free for backdating if anyone thought their character should be aware.
Desired CR: Everything is welcome, especially new CR. He needs some guys who don't know him so well, he misses getting away with things.
Shipping Preferences: So many issues. But flirting always.

Canon: Frozen
Current status in game: Sleeping plague victim! Luckily she won't be much of a problem since she doesn't like to fight under normal circumstances, so nothing bad will happen there.
Any current or future plans: I have nothing concrete planned for her in the long run just yet, aside from her finding a replacement for the arm she lost during the bloater attack. Making an ice arm has kind of been stalled due to memories of Spoilers, and without her immunity to cold, it can't be a permanent addition anyway, so she's going to need something better at some point in the future.
Recent open threads or posts: Here! It's a week old and dated before the sleeping plague hit, but I'm more than willing to backdate!
Desired CR: Anything! Elsa's still not really used to having friends, so I'm open to pretty much anything. Negative CR's cool too I suppose, but I'd like to focus on building the positive up more for now.
Shipping Preferences: Still nay, for now. I'd still like for Elsa to eventually discover her preferences, but that'll still be a while from now, so I have no plans set yet.

Simon will be checking up on Elsa at some point to make sure her arm stump isn't giving her any trouble. He'd be happy to do whatever he can to help her find/attach a replacement, too.

Current status in game: Currently one of the sleepwalkers.
Any current or future plans: Nothing definitive with this one. Continuing to sleep around and make bad decisions. Business as usual.
Recent open threads or posts: Sleepwalking and guarding the door
Desired CR: Pretty much anything, positive or negative. He has a tendency to be catty and abrasive when he doesn't get his way. But he's also very good at being polite ans social when it suits him. I'd really like some deeper CR to get to know some of his damage since a lot of his close CR has left the castle.
Shipping Preferences: Not really. He's gone back to his tomcat ways and is more than happy to sleep around though. Men need only apply, however.

Grencia Mars Elijah Guo Eckener | both_neither
Canon: Cowboy Bebop
Current status in game: Recently had his loss changed after getting knocked out, but isn't yet aware of the change. Has temporarily departed the castle grounds with Vicious to avoid plot shenanigans.
Any current or future plans: May get back to advertising his courier business after the reboot. May also be one of the only people still willing to live in town after that.
Recent open threads or posts: Nothing really.
Desired CR: Anything. Dude needs friends that aren't Vicious.

Current status in game: Probably will be a bit shaken up after this plot, as Sion will be attacking her.

Desired CR: All the friends. She lends herself to positive but if your character is a jerk and you want negative CR, go ahead and try. Either she'll hate you, or she'll try to befriend you anyway.
Shipping Preferences: Sure! She might be hesitant to commit and hung up on Quinn a little, but I could see something happening with enough development.

Additional Comments: So I just got a second job and I've been super super busy and my tagging is suffering. So it might be a bit spotty for awhile until I get adjusted. I do try to backtag as much as I can, however.

Any current or future plans: No plans yet. He's not the most social guy, but he'll really like that people can actually see him here since he's invisible to most humans in canon, so that should help some.

Desired CR: ANYTHING ANYTHING ANYTHING. He's more tailored for negative CR than positive, but hey, positive's not impossible. Doing some stuff with his fearmongering would be fun, but it's by no means a prerequisite for CR.
Shipping Preferences: Eh, probably not, but we'll see how it goes.
Additional Comments: TAGGING SPEED UH I can be a bit of a boomeranger sometimes, but I 100% promise it's never meant to be a pressure-y kind of deal. Take as long as you need or want; it's all good.

Joshua also loved Bunnymand, since they're both aspects of Hope, and even made him part of famiry when he was around. ...Still wouldn't keep him from bro-ing it up with the enemy, though, because he doesn't care about other people's conflicts. And he has a kid mindset on lots of stuff so would definitely see Pitch.

Current status in game: He's finally coming out of his shell and talking to people, hooray!

Current status in game: Just arrived! So he's getting used to the place and figuring out how humans work.

Desired CR: Cheese will talk to ANYONE. If they want him to or not. If your character's ever upset, chances are he'll find them and try to cheer them up. No escape.

Also Ben hanging around Anne gives me an excuse to have Spike run into him. (Especially if she drags him into a church.) And if Crowley does the room loss that would be fun for everyone involved.

ANNE BOLEYN | ensorceler Canon: The Tudors Current status in game: Anne was recently canon-bumped to 2x10, after her execution, and her loss also changed to being unable to pray without another person near. She isn't aware of the details of it yet, and so far thinks she can only pray around Ben Paul. Clearly God wants him to be her new project. She isn't trumped by her new situation, instead channeling it into trying to expand her power again and finding new people to work for her. Any current or future plans: She's going to organize a May Day celebration again this year to endear herself to people, and also wants to plan an expedition to the Monksands or the Glass Empire, maybe in June. It's still up in the air, and I need to run it by the mods. Recent open threads or posts: OPEN POST where she asks for trainers, talks about her plans for an expedition, and a small hint of the May Day celebration. TAG IN THE OPEN THREAD in the Sleeping Plague fighting post. Desired CR: I'm happy with both positive and negative CR! The way Anne carries herself can have good and bad repercussions. Normally she is well known for being able to charm people and practicing charity and goodwill, but her ego/forced pride can rub some people the wrong way, or even her lack of shame in talking about Christianity. She can also have a temper when caught at the wrong time. Shipping Preferences: Complicated! Henry had her executed and she knows he remarries, but she still considers herself the Queen of England and thus his wife by default. Her feelings for him are definitely in turmoil. I'm open to shipping, but it would take quite a bit of time and wooing. She's more likely to take 'man mistresses' as Elizabeth does eventually, but she would never let that knowledge be public. JOSHUA CHRISTOPHER | ofhope Canon: Chrono Crusade Current status in game: Joshua has only become more restless lately, having a conflict with Spike over Lucrezia, and sending him to the clinic as a result. He's now more likely to troll, to prank, and to generally be a nuisance when he isn't hiding out. Any current or future plans: Nothing concrete, though if anyone wants to get involved, he's always ready to try to STOP Paradisa in order to try to send himself home, since that's the only thing he hasn't tried yet. Also might be doing a fun group loss with the 10 oldest Paradisa residents. His birthday is on March 11th but I doubt he'll do anything celebratory. Recent open threads or posts: SLEEPWALKER THREAD in the Sleeping Plague post outside the Insolitus door. If he attacks, he could easily kill most people unless they're super/holy powered. Desired CR: Joshua has grown so used to CR coming and going that he is reluctant to know people well anymore, and has maybe one friend by now. I use the term loosely. He could always use more, to help draw him out of the mansion and into socializing more. A rival could also be fun, someone strong enough so that Joshua wouldn't just flatten them in two seconds since he's a godmod. Poor people for him to troll are always welcome, too. Negative CR is very easy to get with him, because as easy-going as he is, this can often translate into cruelty because of his lack of empathy. Shipping Preferences: He's in an open relationship with Lucrezia, although he doesn't engage with anybody but her, just because he's not really the type to seek that sort of thing out. He's also likely to get jealous if she seems too emotionally attached to someone else and spends less time with him.

I'm super happy to see that both of his relationships with these guys are getting momentum. Spike may start trying to be more of a stalker with Anne (it's possible??) since he's still absorbing how things went down. May Day will be a weird anniversary for him though, don't make him go.

I hope we do the room loss, that would be an excellent way to meet up with Joshua again and celebrate his birthday with friends. :'>

What, IDK, but hey, he's been in the castle for more than two years and has yet to suffer for the fact that he's an arrogant jerk, who happens to left a vital internal organ in a fireplace in another dimension. I should do something about that. ;)

Current status in game:
Giovanni just arrived to the castle so mostly he has been trying to adjust to the place, learn more about his now adult son, and deal with his loss. Just before being brought here Giovanni was executed along with two of his children due to his secret work as an Assassin. A father should protect his family so he is still feeling upset and guilty over that, but those feeling are bound to turn into revenge. He did swear those involved would pay for what they had done before he died. When the sleepwalkers started moving towards the door Giovanni did decide to follow them, so he has been a little involved in that.
Any current or future plans:
Tagging around and meeting people in the main focus right now. In a while he might try to find a job or something to do with his time here, so if anyone has need of a banker or someone with money managing skills... or even an Assassin.

Desired CR:
Actually being a newbie I could use any kind of CR. Good, bad, indifferent, its all good!
Shipping Preferences: Giovanni is married so the answer ought to be 'no' but his loss when he was pulled to the castle was forgetting about his wife so there is a possibility for it.

Current status: It's been a heck of a month! She recently set Joshua loose on Spike for handing her a grenade to take out her lover, that just ain't a thing you do, Spiegel. She also held Cass while she died and witnessed Joel killing her, which will be something I plan to pursue further this month. All in all, a rather miserable time. She would tend to lay low these days but quiet company is always welcome!
Future plans: She would be tracking Joel down so any help (or hindrance) to that would be fun. Otherwise, taking care of Steph. I'm always up for her to make new friends as she has lost a few to conflict, which I do so love.
Recent open posts: I'll put one up very soon!
Desired CR: I love everything, but someone to call her out on her bullshit would be pretty awesome.
Shipping Preferences: Yay, but beware the Joshua. She's living with him but has recently kept her space after the whole Spike saga. She flirts with about everyone and she doesn't think of sex as such a big deal but commitment outside of marriage is something she doesn't quite get --and who wants to be married anyway?
Additional Comments: I tend to get quite busy with logging out things with her close CR in lieu of making more open posts, so I usually make sure to have an open thing at least every two months. I think that's enough considering the amount of free time I have.

Current status: She'll be pretty disturbed after waking up from the recent plot (she was asleep) but otherwise she's still her usual strange self.
Future plans: None yet! I just want her to build more CR.

Desired CR: Effy needs friends! She usually has a soft spot for the innocent and guileless ones though people to give her drugs fellow troublemakers are also welcome.
Shipping Preferences: Yay. She's scared of letting herself fall in love however as she knows that would make her vulnerable, but I'm interested in playing out her degenerating psyche if that ever happens~

Joshua won't take well to her being around less, because birthdays and he lost a 'friend' in Spike and his other friend being killed and everything changing all of a sudden because alarming!!! He'll want to know who killed her for sure, and will probably pester Lucrezia more than she'd like.

Current status in game: Still getting the lay of the land. Mostly trying to learn more about the place and getting used to being in a place with so little technology
