Canon: Cowboy Bebop
Current status in game: Spike had a month. He was reclusive while recovering from injuries, then he was trapped in a room, and he spent the end of the month knocked unconscious for several days by a flying pony. As of waking up from the pony incident, Spike's second loss changed. He's now unable to smoke or drink unless it's offered to him by someone else, and he re-lost his memories of Julia from her time in Paradisa. The second change he hasn't noticed yet, as he's currently on a loss where he's still best friends with Vicious.
Any current or future plans: I'm planning on posting soon with loss problems, and doing more with the temporary one with Vicious. I'd love any gangster-related plotting anyone would like to do in the next couple of weeks! (Also he will need to celebrate the first time he's been able to get drunk in months once he accidentally discovers this.)
Recent open threads or posts: Spike and Vicious at the Death Match, open to anyone who would like to get tipped off on this weird thing that's happening.
Desired CR: All the CR is good.
Shipping Preferences: Spike is about to revive his dead-forgotten girlfriend issues, so he takes work. But flirting, as always, is something he does.

I don't know that Altair has anything to be tipped off about concerning Spike and Vicious, since he doesn't know them, but i am interested in this future loss post! Spike will be able to smoke and get drunk if someone else offers it to him, correct? Altair doesn't have any smokes on him, but if he gets to talking with Spike at a pub in town, he could buy him a drink. If they REALLY hit it off, he may commiserate with the dead girlfriend issues.

Shipping Preferences: She needs one person to be a rival, another person who can keep her in line but also fully understand what she's all about but also have do all those same things back, and someone to pity but closely mirror what is commonly practiced as our typical romance, and she also needs to mediate people from hating on others more than they should. So, yes.
Additional Comments: Want to go on an expedition? Ask her for outpost resources. Need advice from a seasoned Paradisa veteran? There you go. Current status in game: Just arrived! She's still getting her bearings and figuring out what's going on. Her dad was in a coma for about a week so that was creepy, but he's awake now so it's all good.
Any current or future plans: This month will probably involve her exploring the castle and checking out the different rooms. I'm particularly going to send her to the stables and have her claim a horse because she can. She's from NYC, she's never been able to have a horse lol. As for beyond that, I'm sure I'm going to give her some kind of loss soon. I tend to not be too terrible to my muses, so it will probably be something lulzy more than horrific.
Recent open threads or posts: Nothing right now but I'll be putting a thread up for her soon.
Desired CR: Most things. I like fluff and lols or angst if your name is Kate Beckett. She'll interact well with other nerdy type people, forensics or cop people, or other teenagers. Negative CR is not necessarily unwanted, but I'd prefer to plot it out a bit OOCly before just jumping into it cold.
Shipping Preferences: Yay? I'm open to the idea of Alexis having a boyfriend, partially because it will make Castle's head explode. Although, at her current canon point, she has a boyfriend back home who she's kind of mooning over even though he sucks, so that would have to be navigated as well.

Canon: Rise of the Guardians (film only)
Current status in game: He's been trying to accomplish his goal of making everybody in the castle believe in him! Overall, he's actually really enjoying Paradisa; he's from a canon point where he's just been defeated after having tried to take over the world, so he's… not really in any hurry to get back home to the fallout of that.
Any current or future plans: Opt-in nightmare-stalking and opt-in fear-reporting! I'm up for any kind of plotting in regards to this-- as well as for anything else, really.
Recent open threads or posts: I know they're less common in this game than in some others, but I have an IC contact post for either filtered stuff over the journal or in-person meetings.
Desired CR: For most characters, Pitch is pretty hard to get deep CR with, be it positive or negative. Even if someone dislikes him and/or he dislikes them, he won't consider them an enemy unless he sees them as posing a significant threat. Likewise, even if he becomes friendly with someone, he tends to avoid getting attached to mortals (though in Paradisa, he may be selectively protective of those he considers "his believers"). He doesn't consider himself to have much in common with them, and even leaving out the castle's revolving door, their lifespan is a fraction of his and he's very aware that they'd end up dying on him. ALL THAT SAID I'm totally up for getting things past a friendly/unfriendly acquaintance stage in either direction-- there are a few people he has vague semi-soft spots for (Castle, Elena, ELLIE…) and a few people who kind of annoy him (Molotov, Dairine, Veronica Mars), but that's it so far. Pitch is a creepy asshole who's pretty much tailor-made for negative CR, and there are probably plenty of people in the castle that he could come to see as worse than "lol just a minor annoyance". I also think it'd be really interesting for him to actually end up genuinely caring for somebody/multiple somebodies, just because it'd take him so far out of his comfort zone (especially if they're mortal), and that'd be really interesting to play out.
Shipping Preferences: Ehhhh. I'm not completely opposed to it, but he probably wouldn't go for anyone who didn't fit into his mental category of People Like Me (i.e. immortal or functionally so, supernatural or spirit-y, and preferably very, very old). I'd be up for going with the flow if something did come up, though.
Additional Comments: My tagging speed can vary wildly; sometimes I'll boomerang all day and then other times I'll only tag once every few days. No matter which mode I'm in, though, I'm 100% okay with all tagging speeds. Don't worry about being too fast or too slow for me.

Current status in game: She's been meeting people, just generally kind of getting used to the castle, running around on the beach with her pirate family
Any current or future plans: Spirals plot is gonna hit Jenny p. hard, but no other specifics.

Desired CR: All of it? Jenny doesn't lend herself super well to true negative CR, but if you ever want to be called a sneaksby, she is there for you.
Shipping Preferences: SHE IS NINE GET OUT but she might develop a little girl crush on the right grown up mens

Current status in game: She is getting close to her fourth paraversary! So she's a true old-timer. She might pop up to make fun of newbies, or help them if they strike her the right way.

Desired CR: She is trying to rebuild her base of friends. She is, naturally, doing this by selecting the worst people to befriend. Jump on board that train!
Shipping Preferences: Yes, provided your character can survive being killed by Brock! lol j/k no no, she's very married.

Canon: Firefly
Current status in game: Mostly just tagging other people and forcing himself to expand his circle/bubble of acquaintances, since otherwise he'd be shutting himself off from the world and he knows that's not good for him.
Any current or future plans: My goal with Simon is to continue to expand his CR circle and keep tagging out; he's probably the hardest among my three to get out there, since after his sister disappeared for a third time, he's finding it hard to care much about anything. Also, since the changes made in the reboot don't seem to be going away, he's going to want to organize the medics and start seeking out volunteers or new employees for the clinic.
Recent open threads or posts: N/A
Desired CR: Again, friendship is good, and he's a doctor, so he's also available if your character needs to be patched up.
Shipping Preferences: Maybe, but it would take a lot of persuasion; he has a girlfriend waiting for him back home and is stubbornly loyal to her.
Additional Comments: I can usually only empty my inbox once a day or so, as I often can't tag from work due to circumstances beyond my control; your patience is very appreciated!


Jennifer Keller | forsometimenow
Canon: Stargate Atlantis
Current status in game: Jennifer's clinic, formerly located in town, disappeared in the reboot, so she's been trying to cope with adjusting to practicing in the castle clinic, and deal with the fact that she's still pretty much captive to Joel and Tess and all the self-loathing that goes with it.
Any current or future plans: She's going to make herself open to housecalls, since she knows one of the reasons others liked the town clinic was due to its privacy. Other than that, not much.
Recent open threads or posts: N/A
Desired CR: As with Simon, she's open to any and all medical needs. Other than that, I also want to expand her CR base and find people who'd be willing to help her keep her (admittedly limited) fighting skills sharp.
Shipping Preferences: Yay, but she's shy so it will take some work.

Canon: Castle
Current status in game: Castle was asleep for a week while he got canon bumped to season 6, and came back to Kate having come back as well as his daughter having shown up, so he's feeling a little disoriented. He's going to hold things close to his chest for a while, though.
Any current or future plans: Nothing in particular- Castle works best when I go with the flow. Note, however, that while Meg is on hiatus he is in charge of the Death Match, so I may make an open bar log at some point.

Desired CR: Crowley will speak to just about anyone. He prefers having people he can go drinking with, and wax about the universe and so on. But really, he's been in the castle long enough now that he's not picky about who he spends time with. Just don't expect him to openly admit he likes their company.
Shipping Preferences: He will have plenty of one night stands or have friends with benefits, but he won't have an actual relationship.
Additional Comments: I always welcome pranks or dumb addictive games he can put onto CastleNet!

Desired CR: Cheese will speak to literally anyone. His problem is that he pretty much sucks at making long-term friends, so people teaching him that would be great. Also of note it's actually part of his very being and destiny to make others happy, so if your character is upset, there's a good chance he'll be there trying to cheer them up. LET ME KNOW IF IT'S ANNOYING.
Shipping Preferences: Neigh.
Additional Comments: He has a semi-precognitive ability when it comes to parties (because why the hell not, I guess). He gets weirdass muscle spasms if a party is in need of his planning skills, and he goes to seek out whoever it is that needs his assistance. Current status in game: Recently, Conan's been brooding over all the things wrong with his life. Mostly the fact that hes been trapped as a child for three years, and his twentieth birthday is coming up on May 5. And that as long as he is in the castle he will never make any progress on getting his real life back.

Because of this, hes been avoiding all of close CR. Basically anyone who would be able to guess that something was bothering him.

He is also specifically avoiding Dairine, because he tranquilized her to avoid an awkward conversation. And is now trying to avoid an even more awkward conversation.

Any current or future plans:
All of the current stress is eventually going to end in some kind of breakdown where he actually opens up a bit. Possibly related to his birthday in May or his third paraversary in May. Anyone have any ideas?

Desired CR: Negative CR! Conan is a rude superior little brat, so hes always available for arguments. Also looking for people who will treat him like a little kid, and for people stubborn enough to actually become friends with him.


Will Stanton | lightbranded
Canon: Dark is Rising Sequence
Current status in game: Mostly dealing with the after effects of his meeting with the Mara. He may be taking up training soon in learning how to fight with his mind.
Any current or future plans: Will needs more friends.
Desired CR: Everything! Will has a small circle of close friends. I would really like to get him to reach out to some more people.
Additional Comments: Will is quiet, polite and more than a little reserved. This can make him hard to get to know easily.

Current status in game: Mostly just hanging around. He spends most of his days being as normal as he can get, and most of his nights running around the castle and town to do his superhero patrols.

Canon: The Doctrine of Labyrinths
Current status in game: Felix has been in a bit of a low depressive state ever since the nightmare event and the castle traumatizing him with an undersea room, but he's slowing come back out of it, I think. He returned to living in the castle as well.
Any current or future plans: Felix will probably try recruiting for Chimera, his magic council, in the next month or so and will be more deeply investigating the changes in the castle to keep himself busy. A small report in that regard is possible. Otherwise, man-whoring around as usual.
Recent open threads or posts: April Fools log
Desired CR: Felix will speak to pretty much anyone because he's a complete attention whore, although he'll spend the most time with intellectuals, magic types, and people who appreciate his brand of snark. I'm always looking to deepen his CR because wow does this man have issues that need working out. Enemies he can verbally joust with are especially wanted since his capability to be an utter dick are rarely used in game.
Shipping Preferences: He's more prone to sleeping around at the moment, though he still has feelings for Ashura, he's just shying away from commitment for lots of complicated reasons.

Grencia Mars Elijah Guo Eckener | both_neither
Canon: Cowboy Bebop
Current status in game: Recently had a loss change, although at the moment he actually thinks he has two now, because he's afraid to test his old one out.
Any current or future plans: Will be feeling extremely confused and maybe a little jealous over Spike and Vicious' recent bout of castle-induced friendliness. Likely will discover that his old loss is actually gone soon. Also I really should do more broadcasts. I fail.
Recent open threads or posts: Nothing terribly recent, but keep an eye out!
Desired CR: Mostly, Gren just needs friends that aren't Vicious. A lot of his happiness is wrapped up in the man and he needs an outlet. Female friends are especially wanted since he tends to get along with them better.
Shipping Preferences: Nope, he taken. :)

Current status in game: Nothing much, really. Just hangin' out and making friends.
Any current or future plans: Doing a little exploring outside of the city, possibly.

Shipping Preferences: I'd actually really love to see her find someone so she stops hanging so tightly onto the idea of Quinn. It might be a struggle to get her to really commit herself, though, because of how short term her relationships have had to be, outside of the Slider themselves, that is.

Current status in game: Currently have her on Hiatus for the month of April for a little refresher. She's just staying in town, keeping to herself, sorting out the burden of having a conscience and feelings, and slowly getting over losing Cas.
Any current or future plans: When she returns I'll be throwing her around a lot more since she won't be quite so miserably depressed and super intent on keeping to herself. Completely open to ideas, her closest CR went home so her life is feeling a little empty lately.
Recent open threads or posts: N/A Starting over with new ones when I come back
Desired CR: New friendships, solidifying older ones. Also good with building up some good rivalries if anyone wants to freak out because she's a demon, since she really doesn't hide it. Other powerful supernatural beings, other assholes for her to snark with, anyone who is kind of an outcast.
Shipping Preferences: Probably not so much, aside from FWB with Crowley. She's not going to focus on missing Cas so much anymore, but she's not going to jump into a new relationship, either.
Additional Comments: As mentioned, on hiatus for April but I would love to make some plans for when I return. I'll definitely be faster with tagging again when all of her threads aren't depressing as fuck, probably at least once a day instead of a couple times a week haha. Current status in game: Five by Five and rolling along. I have some threads where he's dealing with the being possessed fall-out and I'm enjoying that still, otherwise he's been helping out, chatting with people, and getting back up to par.
Any current or future plans: Otherstide! It's been and gone (it's also his naming day but he wont admit that), and he's going to realise that soon (I just need to get my arse in gear) and will be making a call out for help with some celery related shenanigans with his elder self, if anyone will be interested in that.

Desired CR: Open for anything, friend or foe. I did have the realisation the other day that he doesn't have much negative CR (he's usually too nice) so a little of that would be great, but overall he's always up for making friends.
Shipping Preferences: Nay. Perpetually reserved but it's amusing as all hell to see him get caught up in innocent flirting.

Any current or future plans: Honestly I would want any kind of plot. I want to build up more CR. My goals are as usually for him to get friends and maybe down the line a boyfriend. But for now I would settle with more interaction.

Current status in game: Nothing too important and planning to make a post/open log for her soon. Mostly a little bummed about the loss of Shepard, but not letting it get her down. She's been doing some research on ways to make a generator without technology the way she knows it.
Any current or future plans: See above, as it's all related! She'll be posting soon asking people for materials/if anyone has any plans to go on an expedition anytime soon. She'd like to know what materials the world has to offer that others might not.

Desired CR: Any and all. Tali might get sassy with people, but she's generally pretty pleasant. I wouldn't mind negative CR or positive. I'd like her to actually build some friendships though.
Shipping Preferences: Eh, whatever floats. Not too picky one way or another and Tali isn't exactly going to jump into a relationship with anyone. Only thing one way or another I can say if she's straight.
Additional Comments: Moderate tagging speed and very sporadic depending on what else I have going on.

Current status in game: I give you my humble thread tracker. Altair has been generally putzing around trying to get used to the idea of *~*magic*~* and meeting various canonmates from the future. As always, he is looking for a way out of this world. Currently he does not use his room, because he does not like strangers knowing where he sleeps. He might lurk around the area of 320 from time to time, just to see who might show up. He can also be found using Castle amenities—eating in the kitchen, perusing the library, etc. The unusually perceptive might see him skulking around on roofs of the Castle and City. He also hangs around the market eavesdropping.
Any current or future plans: I am always open to opportunities to blow his mind. He is, too, since he's a scholar as well as a killer. Alternatively, after a bit more acclimation, Altair may soon hold classes on parkour, stealth, and various forms of sparring. He may combine these with philosophical talk about free will and fighting the Man. He's unlikely to talk about his real line of work, but he may begin scouting. Those receptive to his ideas may be scouted as initiates to the Assassin Order. Don't worry, Ezio will inform him that amputating your ring finger is now completely unnecessary. :D

Desired CR: Altair, being tech and magic illiterate, does better with meetings in person. He can gauge people better that way, too. The quickest way to his heart is to talk about escaping this land. Altair is generally aligned on the side of good, but bear in mind his methods earn him and most other Assassins the contempt of the public at large. He steals and kills in the name of peace. Feel free to mistake him for other white-hooded members of the Brotherhood, since anonymity is kind of their game. I like cultivating friendly rivalries (he sort of does too), and i LOVE making long-term enemies. Unfortunately, Really Bad Actions come with the risk of assassination, so tread lightly (or don't lol).
Shipping Preferences: He's had a year to get over his dead girlfriend. Please, someone show the guy it is now okay to awkwardly hold a girl's hand and talk about swords. He has a type, strong-willed women who carry weapons. Fun fact: His future wife is in game, but their canon points are from before they started dating, because we're evil.

Oooh, if he offers sparring lessons, Jennifer would SO be all over that. She's never been any great shakes at fighting since she's a doctor, but she wants to learn new things and keep in top shape for various reasons (long story short, when Tess first appeared in Paradisa she held Jennifer hostage for medical treatment, and ever since has had a pseudo-monopoly on her attentions medic-wise, and Jennifer wants to learn how to stand up for herself).

Current status in game: Elena has been settling into castle life with little to no problems. It's not her first time being kidnapped to another world, so she's not as freaked out as she could be. She's definitely looking to make some friends and has managed to make a small handful. Beyond that, she's just trying to figure out the whole blood diet thing.
Any current or future plans: Hmm, I don't have anything super important planned for her right this second. I'd say I'd like to see her have more friends around her age. Or younger. Younger also super works. c: Either way, just gimme. I know way down the line, I want to smack her with a temporary loss where her humanity is off again, so if you're looking for hideousness further down the line? Make friends with her now. :x

Desired CR: I'm definitely looking for some solid CR and I don't care if it's positive or negative. Elena's pretty friendly and it's hard to really get on her bad side, but it can happen. Shipping Preferences: I'm open to it, but I prefer to let it come about organically. Having just left the Barge, she left behind Abigail Hobbs. They had a pretty intense romantic relationship with one another, so the feelings are still there. But Elena realizes it's not likely she'll see Abigail any time soon if any time at all. So she's not shutting down and waiting forever or anything like that.

Any current or future plans: This summarizes it. Really though, I'd like to see him be less of an ice queen princess king and have a heart from time to time. u_u I believe in him. (No, I don't. He's a douchebag.)
Desired CR: I literally want all of it. Positive, negative, idc. He's obviously got more negative unspoken CR since the Assassins hate him on principle, but I'm not gonna shy away from more. Any current or future plans: I have been thinking about getting him a job of some kind, he could work for some one or I have been toying with the idea of his trying to start up a bank here. It is what he does. I'm just not sure how much use that would be in a place where you can wish up anything you need. Thoughts?

Current status in game: David has been alternately trolling people and trying to make himself useful any way he can. Idle hands and all of that.

Any current or future plans: I'm hoping to get sort of a mini-plot started in the future where David uses his power of Illusion to offer "the castle is pulling weird shit" drills, so that people can work out sort of a system for dealing with anything the castle might throw at them with a minimum of panic and potential loss of life. Obviously, if the plot gets approved I'll need volunteers.

Recent open threads or posts: David's April Fool's Log could use some love, if you like being trolled and messed with by an omnipotent troll with tall hair XD

Desired CR: Anything and everything! David is on sort of a "Make ALL the friends!" kick, trying to build a network of people he can trust, should his control ever slip. He's also searching for a way his powers can be useful in the castle, since his multitude of powers are kind of central to his identity at this point still.

Shipping Preferences: David's got himself a girlfriend back home who he's unlikely to forget, but since he only exists in her head after wiping himself out of existence, he might come around to the possibility of moving on and seeing someone else. If you're female and around his age, there's a distinct possibility that he might unintentionally flirt with you.

Additional Comments: My tagging is going to be a little weird for the next few weeks, as I have maple syrup to help produce, in addition to doing school stuff, and bees to help start feeding. Backtagging is cool, but I'll otherwise try to keep up as best I can.

Current status in game: She's mostly been feeling her way around, talking to people and getting the hang of life here. Maria is deeply suspicious of weird magic crap she doesn't understand, and often bewildered by future stuff, but while it takes a fair amount of effort to get her to actually let her guard down, she's not unfriendly and is interested in people and the differences between her world and theirs. Maria knows the Assassins and considers herself more or less an ally to them (no one tell Haytham).

Any current or future plans: Maria is from waaaay in the past, from during the Crusades (think Robin Hood era.) So naturally I enjoy exploding her brain with developments in technology, women's rights, etc. She's feeling a bit useless without a cause to work toward here, but is having trouble substituting anything for her former work of trying to become a knight, so I'd enjoy playing with her searching for a goal or vocation.

Recent open threads or posts: Not really anything, but I'm tagging out a lot this week so I'd love to have a link to yours!

Desired CR: CLICHED ANSWER: All of the above. I would like her to make some friends, since she's a bit slow to trust, or even just people she considers interesting to talk to. She can be a bit brusque so I don't mind negative or antagonistic CR. People who are interested in old-timey characters or who would be amusing to clash with them are most welcome to. Basically anything that might click.
