  Fourth Wall Meme

It's the return of the Fourth Wall Meme, and we're opening it for the next full week! paradisa does not allow non-members to post or comment in our main community, so we're offering this as a place to roleplay with our cast. Both character journals and personal journals are welcome, as well as doubles, original characters, AUs, whatever. Not all can be applied to the main game, but they're certainly welcome here.

Premise:
You wake up in a giant, magical castle. Everything is beautiful and the castle grants material wishes. It also provides a magic journal to every resident that allows everyone to communicate with each other like a two-way radio.
 

Format:
[Actions] Dialogue.

IE:
[Mickey Mouse enters the room, and sits down at the kitchen table.]

Gosh, guys, is this place ever swell!

What are you gonna do?

I did! I'm out by the lake. You should stop by, when you get the time.

[wilder]

Time for you?

Hmm, well I guess it'd be rude to reject an audience with the Ice Princess....so I could be by soon!

[waterbends]

Good answer! I'll be waiting.

[wilder]

Heh, then I'll be sure to hurry!

[And sure enough, about five to ten minutes later he can be seen approaching the pond! All in all, he looks very much the same. ]

[waterbends]

[ And so does she! For the most part, you know, if you consider the bit where she's a good seven or eight years older than she was the last time she was here. :') But when she stands up, the enthusiasm in her face when she flings an arm out in greeting is completely genuine. ]

[wilder]

[So old! He will wave back and approach, smiling. It really is here]

Well hey! What do you know- you've gone and grown up on me, my dear!

[waterbends]

Oh, be quiet, Zelos.

[ He was a really important friend to her, here -- so when he gets close enough, that wave will just turn into an earnest hug. ]

And you've stayed the same, huh?

[wilder]

[He snickers as he returns the hug. The awkwardness of how he used to hug is gone. People have reaaally desensitized him to that sort of thing. ]

Looks that way huh? Good. I'm counting on my youthful beauty staying as I get on in years!

[waterbends]

It probably helps that you don't age at all here.

[ If she notices the difference, she doesn't comment on it. ]

So talk to me. What's been going on here?

[wilder]

Haha, well hey now- it's not like I haven't been home at all either.

[He pulls back now]

Here? Not too much really- the same old, same old in a lot of ways. I think between my time here and home it's been about...four years since I've seen you?

[waterbends]

And you still remember me.

[ Honestly? Katara's expression reads as a little flattered. ]

And we've been rebuilding our world after the war. It's not easy, but.. we're finally beginning to flourish again.

[wilder]

Of course! How could I forget a girl like you?

[Katara was his friend, he wasn't about to forget that]

Yeah? That's great! And you and your friends doing alright?

[waterbends]

I don't know, Zelos - I do remember you meeting a lot of girls.

[ She's grinning slightly. ]

We're doing really well! Zuko's doing a great job as Firelord, and Toph is still making breakthroughs with earthbending -- Aang and I plan on starting a family, finally, when things get a little more settled politically.
