  Fourth Wall Meme

It's the return of the Fourth Wall Meme, and we're opening it for the next full week! paradisa does not allow non-members to post or comment in our main community, so we're offering this as a place to roleplay with our cast. Both character journals and personal journals are welcome, as well as doubles, original characters, AUs, whatever. Not all can be applied to the main game, but they're certainly welcome here.

Premise:
You wake up in a giant, magical castle. Everything is beautiful and the castle grants material wishes. It also provides a magic journal to every resident that allows everyone to communicate with each other like a two-way radio.
 

Format:
[Actions] Dialogue.

IE:
[Mickey Mouse enters the room, and sits down at the kitchen table.]

Gosh, guys, is this place ever swell!

Heeeeeey, Doc. [he bounces back, still grinning] How's the universe?

Still spinning. [Oh the things that have happened to him, Mark. OH THE THINGS. His eyes look a little sad and quite a bit older as he looks over his young friend]

But more importantly how are things here! [beat] How long have I been gone?

[hard_talker]

'Bout a year... [he knows that look - he'd seen it here enough times, after all. and soon enough he'll get the story out of him, but this is not the time. this is the time for all the flailing]

You're not gonna believe what we found out a couple months ago, though, this is fuckin' ridiculous ...

[Yes, Mark. Flail all you want. He's missed this.

His eyes brighten instantly at the mention of something NEW.]

What? What did you find? When? Where was it? In the Dead Zone? What happened?
