  Fourth Wall Meme

It's the return of the Fourth Wall Meme, and we're opening it for the next full week! paradisa does not allow non-members to post or comment in our main community, so we're offering this as a place to roleplay with our cast. Both character journals and personal journals are welcome, as well as doubles, original characters, AUs, whatever. Not all can be applied to the main game, but they're certainly welcome here.

Premise:
You wake up in a giant, magical castle. Everything is beautiful and the castle grants material wishes. It also provides a magic journal to every resident that allows everyone to communicate with each other like a two-way radio.
 

Format:
[Actions] Dialogue.

IE:
[Mickey Mouse enters the room, and sits down at the kitchen table.]

Gosh, guys, is this place ever swell!

[Food glorious food! Actual food. Not MREs and no Washington telling him to ration! Best day ever in Grif's opinion.

Except for the woman in the kitchen wearing similar armour. Grif has ten seasons of knowledge telling him that women in similar armour that aren't his sister are generally bad news. So he's wary.

Although if the microwave's not working....well, plan B he guesses.]

If this place is seriously magic why can't you just....magic the fries? This place got any twinkies...or wagon wheels?

Because sometimes you just want the familiarity of home. [One last smack and the microwave starts working again.] Wagon wheels? What the hell are --

[She turns to look at him, and lets out a long-suffering sigh.] Goddamnit not another one. Who the hell are you?

[Well, that's not good.]

I'm Grif. Why?

Also you're totally missing out on the wagon wheel thing.

No, I mean -- ugh! [She snaps her helmet off and haphazardly tosses it onto the counter.]

You're another sim soldier, aren't you?

Oh crap. You're a freelancer.

[He'll...be going soon. If he wasn't so intimidated.]

Yeah, you better be afraid. [Her guns only shoot foam and rubber darts. Of course, she doesn't really need her guns to kill anyone.]

[Then the microwave dings and she turns to grab her fries. She doesn't seem like she's in a killing mood ... for the moment.] I swear one more of you idiots show up, I'm going to think it's a training session.

It's not like I asked to be here, Lady. Not that I mind.

[Beats going back to Red Base and being insulted by Sarge. He'll start rifling around the kitchen looking for food.]
