  Fourth Wall Meme

It's the return of the Fourth Wall Meme, and we're opening it for the next full week! paradisa does not allow non-members to post or comment in our main community, so we're offering this as a place to roleplay with our cast. Both character journals and personal journals are welcome, as well as doubles, original characters, AUs, whatever. Not all can be applied to the main game, but they're certainly welcome here.

Premise:
You wake up in a giant, magical castle. Everything is beautiful and the castle grants material wishes. It also provides a magic journal to every resident that allows everyone to communicate with each other like a two-way radio.
 

Format:
[Actions] Dialogue.

IE:
[Mickey Mouse enters the room, and sits down at the kitchen table.]

Gosh, guys, is this place ever swell!

[There's a neurotic twelve year old watching this. He's already panicked a little, what with suddenly NOT being home and all. But now. Now there's this]

That sure is a talking chimpanzee. Welp, just gonna sit here and let the insanity settle in properly, I guess.

[hailcaesar]

[Caesar pauses and turns to look at the boy, rising up on his legs to stand at his full height. (mighty 5 1/2 feet) He sets his shoulders and sniffs before nodding.]

Caesar talks. You not crazy.

[He sweeps one of his elongate arms around the scene.]

You lost too?

Aaaaaand now the chimpanzee is talking to me.

[God he needs a bag to hyperventilate into right now]

Pretty much as lost as I can get. Yep.

[hailcaesar]

[Puffing a breath, Caesar shakes his head and rolls his eyes. The then signs: "Would it be easier for you if I talked to you with sign language? Can you even understand me now?"
He shrugs and puffs again. Humans.]

Someone must know this place.

[laterdays]

[Noooope. Sign language is not something Tino understands. He'll just keep making panicked sounds]

Sure, talking monkey, we just need to find a map or a guide, you know, like in Disneyland?

[hailcaesar]

Caesar is not a monkey!

[Have a horribly offended Ape. At least until he realizes how scared the kid is and then he calms down and kind shrinks in on himself a little. He doesn't like scaring innocent people. Especially children.]
