  Fourth Wall Meme

It's the return of the Fourth Wall Meme, and we're opening it for the next full week! paradisa does not allow non-members to post or comment in our main community, so we're offering this as a place to roleplay with our cast. Both character journals and personal journals are welcome, as well as doubles, original characters, AUs, whatever. Not all can be applied to the main game, but they're certainly welcome here.

Premise:
You wake up in a giant, magical castle. Everything is beautiful and the castle grants material wishes. It also provides a magic journal to every resident that allows everyone to communicate with each other like a two-way radio.
 

Format:
[Actions] Dialogue.

IE:
[Mickey Mouse enters the room, and sits down at the kitchen table.]

Gosh, guys, is this place ever swell!

[He pops into the library often enough himself, these days. Research. It's important.

It's been so long. He can't be blamed for his reaction, even if it breaks the standard rules of a library.]

Belle!

she's from the end of s2 if that's okay!

[choseherfate]

[ Even though her inner librarian would not have approved of raised voices in a library, Belle could overlook it. It is Henry after all. The journal in her hands nearly fell to the ground in surprise though. ]

Henry! You're alright!

no worries! he's heard a lot about s2 already

[fantasies]

Yeah, of course I am. [Oh, wait.] I've been here a long time. It's complicated. I'll explain later.

I'm really glad you're back.

alrighty then!

[choseherfate]

It sounds like you have a few stories to share. [ She smiles at that and crouches down to his level. ] How have you been? I was told your mother and some of the others were here.

[fantasies]

They-- used to be. [Emma in particular, come and gone twice. He's seen a lot of familiar faces.] August is still here, though. And now you're here.

[choseherfate]

Both she and Ruby are gone then. I see. [ She had a million and one questions to ask, and she didn't want to trouble Henry with all of them, so she knew she would have to save certain ones for August. Should she run into him that is. ] I do have to admit, I never thought I would find myself back in a castle.

[fantasies]

It's pretty cool, right? I can show you if you want. I know all the cool secret places.

[choseherfate]

[ She smiles, pushing aside her questions for the moment. ] I can think of no one else to be a better tour guide.

[fantasies]

Perfect. [He reaches for her hand.] Come on, I know just where to start.

[choseherfate]

[ She accepted his offered hand. ] Oh? And where might that be?

[fantasies]

[He opens his mouth, and closes it.]

No, you have to see it first.

[He drags her into the elevator, down a hall, through a door--

-- and into a winter wonderland.]

[choseherfate]

[ And off they go! She lets him lead the way, looking around as they walked, taking mental notes of whatever she could about her surroundings.

Once they had passed through the door and arrived where he wanted, the curious expression on her face was replaced immediately with, well, wonder. How long had it been since she had seen snow? ]

Henry, this is... it's wonderful!

[ Too long. ]

[fantasies]

[Henry beams, his chest puffing a little proudly.]

Pretty cool, right?

On Thursdays it's a beach.

Are there other rooms like this?

[ Because she doesn't recall there being any rooms like this in the last castle she lived in, even after considering who owned it. ]

Not just like this one, but there are some that are almost as cool.
