  Fourth Wall Meme

It's the return of the Fourth Wall Meme, and we're opening it for the next full week! paradisa does not allow non-members to post or comment in our main community, so we're offering this as a place to roleplay with our cast. Both character journals and personal journals are welcome, as well as doubles, original characters, AUs, whatever. Not all can be applied to the main game, but they're certainly welcome here.

Premise:
You wake up in a giant, magical castle. Everything is beautiful and the castle grants material wishes. It also provides a magic journal to every resident that allows everyone to communicate with each other like a two-way radio.
 

Format:
[Actions] Dialogue.

IE:
[Mickey Mouse enters the room, and sits down at the kitchen table.]

Gosh, guys, is this place ever swell!

What are you gonna do?

[A single nod.] We might as well.

Good. Follow me.

[Troy gets his rifle and took the lead, walking with caution and checking every corner as they make their descent to the grand staircase, leading to the lobby where the castle's main entrance is wide open.]

Looks like someone didn't lock the door.

[noirin]

[Noirin follows very calmly, with a cool observance and neutral expression. The open door gives her pause, too.]

So this place is not as secure as it might seem. Or, perhaps, it is not conventionally secure.

I won't be surprised at both. But the latter seems to be more possible...

[Troy goes out of the castle through the main doors, only to see a peaceful garden in a courtyard. The peaceful scenery almost made him lower his guard, but he remains doubtful as ever]

[Noirin follows, lingering at the doorway to look out beyond.]

It is lovely here. Different from what I know, and perhaps what you know, but very lovely.

It's... a little on the pretty side, yeah. There's still some places where I came from that's like this.

What kind of world did you come from anyway?

[noirin]

I come from an archipelago. Very cold in the winter, but I have been to lands that are colder. And you?
