  Fourth Wall Meme

It's the return of the Fourth Wall Meme, and we're opening it for the next full week! paradisa does not allow non-members to post or comment in our main community, so we're offering this as a place to roleplay with our cast. Both character journals and personal journals are welcome, as well as doubles, original characters, AUs, whatever. Not all can be applied to the main game, but they're certainly welcome here.

Premise:
You wake up in a giant, magical castle. Everything is beautiful and the castle grants material wishes. It also provides a magic journal to every resident that allows everyone to communicate with each other like a two-way radio.
 

Format:
[Actions] Dialogue.

IE:
[Mickey Mouse enters the room, and sits down at the kitchen table.]

Gosh, guys, is this place ever swell!

What are you gonna do?

[and her face lights up as well even before she can fully turn to face him--because there's only one person who would be calling her that.]

For what it's worth, it wasn't on purpose.

[Her relief--because it is relief--is more than just excitement over a friendly face. He remembers her. Maybe it shouldn't have been a surprise to see Barney's lack of recognition, but that didn't keep it from hurting. Seeing Crowley now, it's only a deep respect that keeps her from closing the gap between them with a grateful hug.

She doesn't, though. Instead, she clasps her hands behind her back, happy energy nearly leaving her to bounce on her toes as she keeps her place]

....Miss me?

[it's light. Teasing, even. She expects him to say no, and she won't be disappointed if he does. The real answer is all too obvious in his expression]

[He, of course, tries to play it off casually, now he's had a few precious seconds to gather himself into his usual nonchalance]

Can't say I noticed. [That's an obvious lie] Been busy with life and all that, you know.

But I suppose it's somewhat good to see you again. [He is so ridiculously happy]
