TEST DRIVE MEME Welcome to the Test Drive Meme! Whether you're considering joining paradisa for the first time or you just want to test out a new muse, this is the place to do it. Premise: You wake up in a giant, magical castle. Everything is beautiful and the castle grants material wishes. It also provides a magic journal to every resident that allows everyone to communicate with each other like a two-way radio.

Had a thought you might like some fresh ones. [She motions to Anne's hair. Make all the flower crowns you'd like, missy.]

[She leans her hip up against the bar, reaching out to separate the flowers and start to chain them together with the ease of long practice.]

A girl can never have too many flowers, I'd say. Edward know you're out here on the prowl?

[Someone knows about your drinking problems, lady.]

My business ain't any of Edward's. [Which is what she says when she doesn't particularly feel like talking about any Kenways. But this is more of a social call than a pump-booze-into-your-veins night.

She trails a finger along the surface of the bar.]

There are nice establishments in the castle, you know.

[She could protest that, that Edward makes Mary's business his own, but she won't just yet. It's been too long since it was just the pair of them, and it's something Anne is more than willing to fall right back into.

So she taps those wandering fingers with one of those pretty flowers, all Kenways forgotten.]

Aye, I know. And if I wanted one of those nice establishments, I'd be in the castle.

[Mary grins. Anne's one of the few that can make her laugh and smile with so little effort.]

Miss Nassau, do you?

[ohrot]

[She huffs a sigh, leaning into the bar a little more heavily.]

Don't you? All this snow, all the cold, I swear it gets down into my bones. If I could live in that beach room I'd never leave.

[But that isn't what really bothers her. Nassau was a home because it had been filled with her friends, because the very city itself gave the people who lived there life. Compared to that, living in the castle is like living in an empty shell.]
